Changes to the Terms

Ondyne may update these Terms from time to time.

We will post the new version inside the app or on the website.

Continuing to use the Service after the update means you accept the new Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ondyne.

By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

Certain features require an account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, restricting access to your device, and for all activity under your account.

Ondyne is not liable for losses caused by failure to secure your account.

Nature of the Service

Ondyne offers tools for contemplation, self-reflection, and coaching-oriented insights based on information you provide.

It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Outputs are supportive in nature, are not a substitute for professional treatment, and do not create a therapist–client relationship.

Seek professional help if you experience distress or need medical/psychological assistance.

User Content

You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of the content you submit.

You agree not to upload content that is defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, pornographic (especially involving minors), infringing on IP rights, promoting criminal activity, or containing malware.

Ondyne may remove content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials in Ondyne are owned by Dextenso Consult SRL or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

Subscriptions & Billing

Free access: some features are free.

Premium: optional subscription billed through our payment processor, Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Ondyne does not receive or store your card details.

Termination

Ondyne may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or when required by law.

You may delete your account at any time inside the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dextenso Consult SRL, its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

Limitation of Liability

Ondyne is provided “as is” without warranties.

Ondyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (e.g., OpenRouter, AI model providers, hosting).

Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
